In the morning, our rich breakfast spoils early risers and late risers alike with regional specialities, a large selection of fresh juices, fresh bread and rolls from the local bakery and hearty egg dishes.

In the evening, our chef Luigi Lafranco takes you from the mountains to the Mediterranean. You'll find fresh produce from salt water, lakes and rivers as well as Riffelalp cow on the menu. And we have dedicated a special menu to vegans. Daily changing highlights such as the dessert buffet or the large starter buffet provide culinary delights.
